Bikes, Buns & Bunting with Hungry Planet
A workers cooperative has recently taken over Hungry Planet wholefood shop and café. This eclectic group of people with a love of cycling are hosting a day of cycle related fun. Bring along your bike for some basic maintenance from the lovely ‘p’. Join in the bunting making or make a funky flag for your bike (materials provided but feel free to bring more!). Or just come along for some delicious hot chocolate and homemade cakes, buns and bread (all made on site in their new bakery).
Cycle Scheme Consultation
Cardiff Council are keen for the public to get involved in the design of cycle schemes. Hungry Planet will also be hosting a public consultation on the schemes being proposed on the Newport Road Corridor. Come along and have your say. Or just come along for some more delicious cake!
A huge thank you to all the people who have organised such an amazing array of events. Without you, this wouldn't be possible! And a big thank you for all those getting involved!
